A BOOK IS COMING!!

What does this mean?

  • I will work with Arcadia Publishing to complete an “Images of America” book on Castleton and Schodack for the Village’s bicentennial celebration.

What is the schedule?

  • Final draft submitted for approval November of 2026
  • Plan to have the book available by Early 2027 (centennial)

How can you participate?

  • We need old/antique photos of Castleton and Schodack
  • Photos should be original or very high-quality scans
  • Photos with context and stories are preferred

What is considered an “old” photo?

  • Preference will be given to “black and white” images
